I successfully made it through the convention with 21 thousand of my closest friends. And to think when I was 13. I walked a figure eight pattern on the floor to block out the trauma of the other 199 students in my first high school assembly in the gym. I found I work around the over-stimulation of the 15,000 people in the arena, the flashing lights, the extremely loud excessive base music and very boisterous crowd, by frequent bathroom breaks, walks around the arena, putting my head down and covering my ears and focusing on one aspect in the arena to overcome the effects of my neurological anomalies. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the man in the convention who was obviously a quadraplegic operating his wheelchair with his mouth working his way through the crowd. As my father used to say "There but for the grace of God go I" and count your blessings.
