I suck at running. It has far too long been a weakness of mine that needs addressing. So, I am planning on heading to the Trenton Track on Fridays at 10:15am to work on specific endurance training. This is not an official Mighty Warrior Class but if you too suck at running meet me there! Here is what I have lined up for tomorrow: 3x600m, 2x400m, 2x200m, 1x400m Workout Details: The intensity gets goes up as you progress through this workout. The 200 sets the pace for the final 400. That final 400 is going to be fast!! The recovery for the 600s are 1:1 (work:rest). The recovery for the balance of the intervals is 1min rest plus 200 easy jog plus 200m walk.
