I took 4 advil migraine pills 3 hrs ago...Still was in pain..I got up, got my heating pad...Laid it against halfway my shoulders and neck...Then I got out my massager...Its only suppose to be used on the back of your body..I took a chance..I let that vibrator massage my whole face..Even my bridge of my nose..Made me sneeze a good 3 times..Then I did my sinus area under my eyes and cheekbones, even my chin...I am in no pain!!!...Try this my friends,that suffer fr these excruciating headaches..It can work..Never hurts to try..God Bless
