I support Bob Fiorettis request to have 5 Mayoral debates. Let me pre-qualify my response by taking a page from Sy Syms, the owner of Syms Corporation (the retail clothing mogul) who said it best... An educated consumer is our best customer. Well an educated voter, would be in Chicagos best interest... My guess is that when the dust settles; there will be 5 candidates on the ballot slugging it out for mayor. Without the benefit of the debates, most people would be guessing at the polls like a borderline pre-law student taking the LSAT examination... In my 40 years of corporate and business experience, having a Mayoral Smack-Down Debate is the way to go.
