I suppose I am turning into an old lady....I have spent the morning watching my neighbors dog lay in the middle of my street. A very busy cut through street I may add. Have had to run him out of the road 10 times. I have waited to call anyone and I have repeatedly asked her to put her dog in her house or give it to someone who will not abuse it. She pulls up and sees said dog in front of her house and chooses to ignore it and went in. That is neglect plain and simple. I will be damned if my two year old walks out to play and sees that dog squished all over the road. White trash should NOT be allowed to even have an animal.
