I sure am enjoying looking at all the posts of the kids returning to school! A fresh start at making new friends and making incredible memories! As I enjoy my last night of summer, Im so thankful for the terrific summer my girls and I have experienced. I took an incredible agriculture class with great people from neighboring school districts, worked with my new and incredibly talented cheer squad, visited with family in West Virginia, some I hadnt seen in a decade, went to Florida with dear friends and had a ball, was blessed to see a special life come into the world by a beautiful girl Ive watched grow up, missed my class reunion but still had the opportunity to visit with a life long friend from Seattle, shopped with my girls, met my brothers fiance, who is precious and was surprised by someone very near and dear to my heart that came all the way from Canada to visit! I know this year will have its share of challenges, but Im energized and ready! I couldnt be any more thankful for the rest and peacefulness that came from the break. To all my teacher friends, near and far, I hope you have an incredible year despite the obstacles that get in the way of teaching! Best wishes to all of the students returning to the classroom as well! May you be enlightened and encouraged in all of your endeavors! And to all of the parents, hang on for the ride!
