I survived Week Three of the Oswestry Pain Management Programme, and DONE!!! I can do 20 minutes on a cross-trainer, ride a bike for 7km, play badminton for 40 minutes, do a 40 second plank and build a bird house. AND recovery time is considerably less - down from 60 minutes to about 15. This weeks treat - a small tin of paint to spruce up the birdhouse :-) Pics next week. Thank you to all who prayed, wished and helped me through these three weeks. xox
