I swear military post housing agencies are one of the scheistiest organizations...quick to take 100% if ur BAH, and slow (or not at all) to address a legitimate issue. Dont dare ask them to do anything involving spending their money, outside sending an ill-trained maintenance guy to ur house, who is only half capable of resetting a circuit breaker or replacing an HVAC air filter...ahhhh! Last year, my furnace went out (thinking about it now), and it took them 3 days to send one of these maintenance guys out to fix it...he ends up saying if its not a breaker or fuse, he couldnt do anything...and would have to contract it out...which would take a couple weeks. Keep in mind it was below freezing outside, and only to stay around freezing. I got fed up, and went out with a flashlight, multimeter, and my tools at 2am and tore half the furnace apart, till I fixed it...ranting now, buy u could see why these people frustrate me...
