I swear that I am going to get the word TRUST tattooed on my forearm so I can show it to contractors who beg me to put them to work and promise me that they are going to do an excellent job, been doing it for 20 years...yada yada...and I have to stop my job that I am doing because my customer calls with concerns and go take a look, job not excellent, not good, barely passable as crappy DIY, have to spend two hours getting them off the job and promising my customer that I personally will make the painting right, buff the scratches out of the floor that Robert Humphrey and I installed not more than six months ago, have the paint cleaned off the couch and so on. Not quite how I expected my Friday evening to go.
