I swear the only diet that works is starvation. I have worked my bum off eating right only to get on the scale and weigh the same from a month ago. Some days I wish I worked at a Cracker Barrel in the old fashioned candy section stocked with iced diet orange creme soda. I mean to heck with it all. I just want my candy and diet pop back. I will also take meat on a stick and carbs-in fact, I will take a corn dog right here right now with triple the nitrites. Please dont try to cheer me up with healthy eating pep talks. Just tell me how to lose 20 pounds...I dont want to hear anything else. I am not going to keep eating healthy if it means I keep the same dang fat. I mean, what is the point?
