I talk to an awesome amount of creative people...young and experienced. They all share the same traits. Mainly, they have no idea how awesome they are at what they do currently; moreover how awesome they will be. We talk on the phone, on business social sites, in texts, and they all are struggling with the same thing. They know they can do better than they are right now. Its good that they feel what they are doing isnt the best they could be doing ...because it means they are bound for greater things. ....this video says it awesomely too.
