I thank God for each and every day of my life but I especially thank Him for today, Oct. 2nd, 2013, I turn 52 years young. I realize birthdays come and go. The years fly by so fast, it makes you wonder what the next will bring. However, I am truly thankful today to God for His grace, His mercy, His love and the many, many blessings He has bestowed upon me! No matter what the need is, God has ALWAYS answered my prayers. I woke up this morning quoting one of my favorite scriptures: Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Sending a special birthday shout out to my fabulous and wonderful twin sister, Joan Beatty and my beautiful long-time friend, Margretha Pinkney.
