I (thanks to lots of research and feedback from this group) upgraded from the D5000 to the D810 and it came in yesterday (I know-thats a big upgrade!). I read MOST of the manual last night, did a friends maternity shoot this morning and when I load the files onto my computer, the .nef shows but no previews, no ability to open in Adobe Bridge-have I missed something? Im pretty versed in photoshop- I am running CS4, and my software is up to date. I have a macbook pro from 2009 and am still running OS X 10.6.8. Anyone else run into this? TIA!
