I think I am coming out at the other end of this longass bout with plantar fasciitis. I tried every cure out there except a cortisone shot and honestly do not know if anything specific worked. I concluded over time that it is akin to back pain, a group of muscle spasms exacerbated by stress. In the last couple of weeks the only change I made was to get as much sleep as I could get by with and wear a pair of new NB shoes religiously. Maybe that was it, maybe it ran its course. What I love most is the realization that I am walking without pain. Walking without pain!
