I think I can...I think I can... Thats the constant thought running through my head since I have started this new program. I know my abs are in there somewhere and one day we will finally reunite. **BUT** finally my mind has shifted! Instead of me looking solemn faced at pics of myself from back in the day in a two piece with my college girlfriends, wishing for that pre-kid washboard stomach, Im so done with aiming for perfection! Aiming for progress and only trying to be better than the person you were yesterday is what matters most! I try to remind myself of that daily. Sitting on the couch feeling sorry about my midsection beauty marks as a result of 3 pregnancies (1 being 13 pounds of baby total between the twins) will get me NOWHERE!! Plus they were ALL worth it! That being said, take less than 5 minutes and give the PiYo pedal a try today! The best part about this and all of these exercises is that you can modify them to be as challenging or as easy as you want. For this move, the further you lean back, the more you will feel it!
