I think I got my ears pierced about 3 or 4 years ago. I remember the Dr. got nervous when he was piercing my right ear and made a mistake. My left ear is fine, but every morning when I put my earring in my right ear, it hurts and I have trouble getting it in. This has been going on for 3 years until a couple of days ago, I finally figured it out. The Dr. hesitated half way through putting the needle in my ear and then the rest of the way, he inserted the needle at an angle instead of straight through. It is pretty steep angle. I have to insert the earring into the hole going more toward my neck instead of straight back through the ear lobe like it is on the left side. You can tell it is butchered also on the right side just by looking at it. It is not a clean cut. I am a little upset about this. The Dr. was a plastic surgeon too. At least I have pierced ears though. The problem also is with the keloids. I am hoping to have them cut off without damaging the pierced holes. The keloids burn and itch frequently. I should not have trusted that Dr. I found him through an ad in the local paper. He was in the next town, but since he has closed that office and now only operates an office in Andover. He was a nice guy, but I get the feeling he is not cut out to do surgical work. He was kind of older too and when you get that old, your hands start to shake more.
