I think I just got some good news. Im part of a lawsuit that has just finished yesterday. The judge and jury found Actos guilty of not informing the public in a speedy manor that Actos was responsible for causing bladder cancer. They are required to pay 9 billion dollars in damages but theres no doubt they will appeal. Many of you might remember me going through my bout with cancer back in 2011 so this fight has taken a while to get here today. I hope it wont be too much longer before they decide how much each of the injured will receive. Wish me well!
