I think I speak for everyone at the track when I say that we will miss Jody Sossong terribly. Such a strong woman - I thought if anyone could beat cancer, it would be her. She loved the track and could not stay away, even when sick from chemo. I caught her scrubbing the bathroom floor in the office and yelled at her. And she explained to me she had to carry on and live her normal life. What an example she set for us all. I always had the utmost respect for Jody and hope that her strong spirit lives on at the track. I will post arrangements when I get details.
