I think Lil Wayne new album the Carter 5 will be a classic better than the Chronic. That dude is hip hop music. Many of you may not want to accept it or agree but Lil Wayne is the most important figure in all of hip hop. His influence is far stronger than anyone else. He has literally been setting the tempo and pace of the music and culture for over the past decade. Even the unlikey protégés he has brought to the game like Drake and Nicki Minija have surpassed super stardom which is a testament to how good of a judge in music he is and proof he has a powerful ear. No one else has done that. Jay Z nor Kanye has been responsible for bringing out one artist to even come close to a Drake or Nicki. Every artist rapping now is under the Lil Wayne influence. Thats power.
