I think Lord Mayor Erias Lukwagos case has been quite good in regard to expansion of Ugandas jurisprudence in regard to administrative law and processes ie; the bias allegations against justice Yasin Nayanzi by the Attorney General,then the issue of injunctions against the government which confirmed the earlier Osotraco shift, The essence of an interim order ie;before his impeachment,and now after yesterdays supreme court ruling that sent him back to the court of appeal we await to see clarity as to instances where a single judge of the court of appeal can preside over hearin of an application or an appeal on application,consisitently watchin the legal platform..
