I think back to the days when we used to Enjoy going to work at the PO. It was a chill place where u went (ppl actually came to work) did ur job and made good money. Nobody worried about what everyone is doing. We had a sense of community/family within the facility. Now in recent years the job/mgmt has had to adjust to the New Breed of employee that we are hiring. This generation has zero work ethic. They come in the door acting like they have been there 20yrs. Many cant even complete a 40hr work week without calling out sick. Its a sad time for a company that has paid my bills for the last 20+ yrs. The future is very bleek. Glad im nearing retirement.
