I think folks ought to settle down and show a little appreciation for the Mardi Gras Zone. After Katrina, all the nearby grocery stores abandoned us and MGZ stepped up, and theyre still stepping up. Life in the Marigny would be a lot more difficult without them. Also, complaining about the constant auditory deluge is charming, but its missing the point of living in this city. If you moved to the Marigny expecting a shady lane in the country, you took a wrong turn somewhere.
