I think it is time for us to see the transcripts of the most brilliant constitutional scholar the White House has ever seen. The notion that the president (Obama or any other) can simply not enforce the law is bizarre to me. If FDR didnt get the authorization to go to war after Pearl Harbor, could he do it as commander of the American military by just calling it something else? Can a President change the tax code without Congressional authorization? Where is the line?
