I think its safe to say that when the majority of the people vote to elect a candidate(s), House Representative, Senator, President, etc. they expect the person or persons to keep their campaign promise(s). That would be an obligation(s) to the general public or false advertising depending if they keep their word to the people. From what I have seen, many campaign promise(s) have been broken or changed since their nominations especially after the fact of being elected. Its like they forget often, and frequently more these days. So it seems. Well heres a reminder to those elected officials(public or civil servants) whom make(law sense in make) promises to their masters(We the People), and then dont keep or forget them. Theres this word: misfeasance, it means: Law wrongdoing; specifically, the doing of a lawful act in an unlawful or improper manner, so that there is an infringement on the rights of another or others. This one word covers a plethora of issues regarding elected and/or appointed officials and their behaviors, and Acts of Congress like the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 for example. Now their understandings or ideas about nomography may seem legit to them but at best, its more like their malentendu. Their nomothecical misinterpretations about their offices, positions, duties, roles, obligations, etc. have really put a damper on the American way of life, liberties, and the pursuit of happiness. Our rights remember? It appears that they have actually trampled our rights to benefit theirs, and on more than one occasion. This trampling of We the Peoples rights, as listed and not listed on the Constitution of the United States of America, is a failure to do what duty requires to be done (nonfeasance). Pretty sure the infringement of our rights, guaranteed by our Constitution, has been committed against We the People. To make oath is to swear in the legally prescribed form --- to perform, execute, or sign a will or other legal instrument to do what one has bound himself to do(Oath of Office). Now that it is clearly understandable to whos actually in charge, that would be We the People for those not quite understanding this generally known fact, we may now state and declare our grievances(petition(s)). For starters, the Affordable Health Care Act violates our Constitution by trying to enforce and/or force a act or acts against an individual without that individuals consent, and in most cases unwillingly, and to the extent of punishment by ways and means of garishing or docked pay, earnings, wages, salaries, etc. if an individual does not comply. That is a clear cut case of mass extortion is it not? Nobody can force anybody to buy anything in any marketplace or market. Our Constitution is all about individual rights and liberties which some officials fail to understand. This failure could very easily be viewed as a treasonous action(s) towards We the People because without our written or oral consent that more than likely would be frauding our Constitution(Supreme Law of the Land) which really isnt to smart for the people whom willingly and freefully signed their signature on our prescribed piece(s) of paper(s), which is entering a binding contract to uphold and protect our Constitution in favor and on the behalf of We the People. Futhermore, what absolutely makes no sense is the fact that they couldnt even get the health care website(s) to operate correctly and for months I might add, and had what 3 years to get it right. Come on, really? Vulnerabilities in security with private individuals information at risk. If they cant even get a website to work right and had years to see that it did, what would make an individual feel secure in life(our rights remember?) through a de facto law involving that individuals health. For crying out loud they could have changed the date to a later time when the website was working properly and secure but no they had to force it on us for their agenda not ours. Thanks for that fiasco. What about the millions of families who lost their health insurance just before the holidays? What about you can keep your doctor or at the time, current health insurance policy? Lies and fraud. Millions of people were/are worried and just in time for the holidays too. That could of been avoided. This is where I write for fun and justice, I have a warm spot for the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 for those whom dont know. Ahh yes, the fraudulent Act of 1913 is what it should be called. That act is what bankrupted the United States Corporation in 1933 NOT We the People. First I would have to say the scam of all scams in the history of Earth is an understatement to say the least. You know, the people who can print fiat money out of thin air all because of your signature. So lets say one wanted to borrow $100,000 dollars from a lender. By you signing your signature on someone elses prescribed paper(s) you have just gave them a $100,000 right then and there. Then they make you pay that back with interest which would be around $250,000 to 300,000 depending on the interest rate and which kind or take your belongs. Read this again until you get it. So for your signature you go into supposed debt to a lender when in fact that money never exsisted until you signed for it. Poof. You just gave the banksters you money and now you owe them. Yeah I bet they didnt disclose that like they should of. Fraud, fraud, fraud. Failure to disclose terms of the lender. Now lets not forget that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was written in secrecy, and written with ill intent to knowingly commit fraud, and written under false pretenses, conditions, and terms. Deceptive, vindictive, harmful to a nation (more like every nation). This fraudulent service that was unknowing to the general public for many years and especially at the time which was wanted and then provided by the Federal Reserve Banking system for We the People only to make us slaves by ways and means of servitude to their services that they secretly concocted to purposely deceive the masses. One huge problem the Federal Reserve Banking system has on its hands. The 13th amendment forbids slavery nor involuntary servitude. It also predates the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 by 48 years roughly. Also, Congress needs to do something about it or I will. They can because of the 13th amendment and should. Once again, they(banksters) forgot to get the American Language established in an ordain way but I did. In conclusion, for just the few reasons as mentioned above, the United States corporation ought to get there affairs in order before they try ordering, bossing, forcing, and intimidating We the People. One more thing to add about the trillions of dollars missing from OUR government. If they can not find our money for their debt than without a doubt they are incompetent and are actually truly in a state of non compos mentis(Law not of sound mind; mentally incapable of handling ones own affairs. Yeah that sounds about right. Expect us!
