I think someone was convicted under the Kikuyu laws to silence others. Im not a lawyer but I have watched most TV series like Boston Legal, Law Suits, Family Court, Nairobi law and that makes me to have a hint about court proceeding and legal discourse where suspects are subjected to numerous options in a fair trial including legal representation be it probono or right to remain silent during the process. Even the comical Vioja Mahakami I have watched the court clerks giving what they call mshtakiwa options ....then finish by asking utajitetea ukiwa wapi? #TryWadiFairly
