I think that God is lacking some really good angels,.. he is about to have the company of an amazing man named Bob.. I am very sadden about my friend passing away. For anyone who worked at Freedom Village in Bradenton Fla,.. he was/is probably the best rehab director I have had the pleasure to work with. Bob was always smiling, our residents always knew they could come to him for anything,.even a kind word. He had time for everyone, made sure of it. Excellent boss to his rehab staff, always there to lend a hand. As a fellow manager,.. it was a true pleasure working with him. I did a lot of fundraising, especially at Freedom,.. every year to raise money for christmas gifts for my patients,.. I would do a Mens Auction/Ladies Auction.. I did the Mens Auction twice while at Freedom. 20 some men, mixture of family members, staff and even my Executive Director,..even had Nick Bollettieri there once. My friend Bob, wearing a tux, he would waltz down the "cat walk".. and our patients would be yelling out the bidding,.. such a great trooper and he never let me down, alway keen to be part of the fun. I will never forget that, ever. In life we all meet some extraordinary people that come across our walking path, my friend Bob Schneider is one of them, God has a really good man sitting next to him, hope he realizes that. Bob, see my Dad, tell him I love him.
