I think that it is safe to say that each of us have felt the hurt of cancer in our lives. My stepfather, Representative Tony Sellier, was a stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma (throat and neck cancer) survivor for 19 years. My stepmom, Brenda Doss, has been taking chemo treatments every 2 weeks now for almost 2 yrs to treat stage 4 Colon cancer. I have watched Mary Elizabeth Paris, at 12 years old, fight Leukemia. I have felt the hurt, the fear, the love of God, the fight to WIN, in her mother, Mandi Posey Pariss words every day since she was diagnosed. This kid is a FIGHTER…she is just amazing!!
