I think the Guard should have been sent in long ago. This mess needs to end and completely end. The protesters have had their opportunity to have their say. the police has stepped back and tried the touchy feely route and coddled them. There has been a complete lack of respect to the non involved members of the community who just want their city/ lives/ and sanity back. the court/ justice system is in place and is available to all the parties. investigations are being conducted and findings can be debated and microscopically examined until the cows come home. at the end of the day a young black man is dead and he is not coming back. the family needs to grieve and they also need to help the community as a whole by being a advocate for non violence. does anyone else really need to die in this tragedy? was he a thug?- maybe, did he deserve to be shot? maybe did the officer follow the law? maybe did the witnesses get it right? maybe. one thing is for certain. the lawlessness of the community riots now is pure and simple AGAINST THE LAW. I applaud the efforts of the Governor and state police to use different tactics to stop the violence, none have worked so now the only certain way is to use force to stop it and enforce the law. Just my two cents.- Medisaster ok blow me up now. and GO
