I think the best part about today was the fact that I got a chance to speak about the positive parts of the nightlife/dance scene directly to our governments face. With everything politicians probably hear on the news concerning drug overdoses and various other stigma, I gave a deserved and positive speech about how it helped me grow out of my shell and taught me social skills, something the public school system never did. Oh, and I totally got to mention what awesome people Mike and Jeff are while I discussed RISE & .:therapy! Their generosity and positive attitude helped to make me feel accepted in a world that didnt accept me.
