I think the issue when organisations of any form scale to a certain size is that we become servants to the system that emerges...which means we get in a rut of focusing efforts on trying to tame the system at the expense of why we organised in the first place ie. administering and managing the system starts to become forefront and we lose effectiveness of the original purpose...it becomes easier to offer one size fits all... Its good to see that passion and original intent sometimes prevail, these are our kids and our future after all. This is a good watch!
