I think this clip is kind of cool i just took this footage and I was thinking i was just going to use it in some clips but it turned out kind of candid and cool as well it had with it some coaching. I was explaining training the nervous system and how when doing so we have to start from scratch. We have to go through the stages of learning and conscious mastery. We have the stage of Unconscious incompetence (we dont know what we dont know). Conscious incompetence (we now know we dont know). Conscious competence (the stage is where we know what it is and how to do it but we have to think manually about it. Unconscious competence (the final stage when you know something so well you dont even have to think about how you do it. Like driving a car when you are at that point when you start getting place and even remember how. No matter what you do focus on results and feeding your growth and development not your ego.
