I think this is the first pavlova I have seen made down at the camp! True to his word, David sent us photos of his first EVER pavlova :) Well done :) (oh by the way... the biscotti was to die for!) Hi there As promised – Pavlova photos: The Challenge: This is my first time baking a Pavlova, and I am going to do it at a camping ground. The Issue: too many eggs, someone’s birthday. The Solution: seek pavlova recipe from most helpful Glentanner reception staff, negotiate loan of electric beater, vanilla essence and malt vinegar in exchange for home baked biscotti. The Result: after 3hrs30min in camp ground oven, cooking and cooling, 2 x Pavlova. They ain’t going to win any prizes at an A&P show, but they are great. Job Done!
