I think we seem to be straying away from court procedures, the law and letting out emotions have the best of us. Oscar isnt facing just one charge, hes facing about three of them, and one of them is Premeditated murder (which he has been found not guilty of) this does not mean he will walk free. I dont know how to break this down. He is probably guilty of murder, but not guilty of premeditated murder. I think its vital to know the differences between these two charges. The later is the second charge which could be identified as manslaughter. Oscar Killed Reeva, he didnt murder her, it can only be called murder when the court has proven that you sat down and thought about taking someones life, the same way we say he allegedly murdered because we have no jurisdiction and evidence to say he murdered. He is not guilty of premeditated murder. Yes he killed her, and he will go to jail for that, but he wont go to jail for intentionally shooting Reeva, because he didnt! Now can you South Africans grow up and leave race out of this. Why does everything has to come to race in our country? Dont you think if racism existed to such a degree as then Judge Masipa would have found Oscar guilty of premeditated murder? Im just saying and remember the judge doesnt make the law, nowhere in the world does a judge make the law. They simply interpret it!
