I think when I became ill it really hurt the Pit Crew. Perhaps people assumed that I quit, I dont know. Ive slowed down but Im not quitting. My plans and dreams of becoming a 501c3 went out the window permanently when I got sick. I will have to remain a private rescue, which I can do as long as I follow PACFA rules. My frustration is that I dont know what else to do to get the word out for our dogs. I watch as other rescues in the valley get their dogs adopted but I dont get any calls or emails about our dogs.
