I think when Prime Minister Sushil Koirala speaks only his beard can hear him. As a citizen of this country its my right to understand what he speaks, when he speaks. If he cant be heard then he must step down from this position as a prime minister. Sympathy Minister, back off from defending him in the name of his health issue and cancer. Sick people are best suited to hospital bed [or home bound] not to run a nation.
