I thought about just donating if I got nominated but that kind of defeats the purpose of this because I can donate to any charity that I want any day of the week, thats what makes this unique and fun. The power of social media is amazing, the power of humanity is amazing when we set aside our differences just to blindly help one another. I dont know anyone with ALS but the opportunity to help someone in need is more than enough for me to want to hop on the bandwagon. I accept my ice bucket nomination/challenge from Jon Singer (sort of nomination?) for ALS because Im able to do it today and may not have that luxury tomorrow. Today I can offer a helping hand to someone in need, Im grateful for that in itself. If we dont help each other were nothing but individuals destined for destruction. If this makes someone happy or smile then it was well worth it. So, heres my ice bucket challenge, no talking, just business. With that, I nominate Collin Rodefer, Chad Foss, and Cindy Maiorella.
