I thought it might be fun to start a post for people to list progressive metal bands that have similar stylings and sound to Fates Warning, but that other members may/may not have heard of. I figure its a great way for us to introduce some new music to each other. Ill start with the band... Breaking Silence https://youtube/watch?v=DGtkoY9dxFg Album: Impact Released in 2000 this band unfortunately only released 1 album before disbanding. IMO it was a huge lost opportunity for prog metal. Hopefully linking to YT doesnt break any group rules but if so, feel free mods to delete.
