I thought nothing was more of a pain to work with than Facebook. Wrong! I made the mistake of opening a Twitter account in my name so I could complain about politics, and Twitter buried my Pupcake account! Wasted an hour figuring out how to get it back. Nothing is LESS social than social media when you need help. YOU DO IT is their mantra. YOU spend hours reading throught their help bs because they wont provide a 50 cents an hour guy in Bangladore to help you figure out what they just did to you. Now, Apple, in contrast, will give you an American guy to spend an hour on the phone with you to fix what Comcast just did to you!
