I thought of this last night, and while there are only a few people on here who appreciate both references, if nothing else Im sure Jeff will appreciate the idea. The opening to the Monty Python stage show in London next year: Michael Palin over the PA system: The place, London. 2014. Then the crowd hears a familiar sound....the parking brake of the Tardis as is shows up on stage. Matt Smith and David Tennant come out, dragging a very haggard looking man by the arms. The man is facing away from the audience, still looking into the Tardis. The two Doctors are going on about how they cant very well keep escorting him throughout time and while this isnt the 70s they think hell love it here and how sure they are the people will love him. They drop him off, head back into the Tardis and it fades out. The haggard man looks around, trying to find where it went, turns to finally see the audience, looks only somewhat shocked they are there. He looks around for a second then says... Its... right before a large, cheesy looking, cardboard weight falls over him and the music hits .... and the audience looses their mind in applause. .... I really wanna be there.
