I thought this was a brilliant presentation. I kept seeing it circulate on Facebook but put off watching it. That was a mistake. She draws them in with humor and leaves them speechless. She does in less than 7 minutes what I tried to do in my 45 minute presentation about how popular culture shapes our attitudes about food and animals and the food choices we make. I bring actual rescue stories into mine to contrast with the misrepresentations of animals from popular culture. Im now inspired to do an abbreviated version like this one.
