I thought this was a great listen in the car yesterday, on the way to get tasty frozen treats. It was about how the Tulsa Mental Health Association and others were addressing homelessness at the community level, by offering affordable or low-to-no-cost housing first, as opposed to providing the homeless with more temporary resources. And it just reiterates, to me, the importance of stability, safety, and security.
