I told my team (7-11 yr olds) that I would record them tumbling so they could watch the video and improve. They went through and it was ok, not everyone completed all their passes, lots of timing issues. I said well shoot how can I put that video on facebook now? The response? Oh, no! Dont put that on Facebook! I can do better! Oh please dont. Can we do it again? Please? Of course you can! Now they have something to prove. They were proud of this and so am I. Only minor fixes. They are improving every week and Im so bursting with pride I just had to share.
