‘I, too, am Oxford’ is here! – An inspiring photo-campaign with inspiration from across the lakes. This is a student-run initiative and provides a brilliant opportunity to give students of colour, at Oxford, their voice. We will be running a drop-in campaign outside the Radcliffe Camera this Sunday at 3:30pm - where we will have a camera, whiteboards and a pen - so that students can have a chance to say their piece - about their place, experience and presence at Oxford. Giving due credit to the brilliant inspiration for this, the Harvard version [itooamharvard.tumblr/] has become an internet phenomenon and comes to show that people will listen! And so, we give you the chance to share your experience about being a student of colour at Oxford. So even if you are not sure about being part of ‘I, too, am Oxford’, come by and show your support for, what could be one of the most inspiring student-run movements for students of colour. No doubt, you will see some very brave and inspiring students and hopefully feel comfortable enough to share your experiences.
