I took a second look at Coursera today. It is an educational site that lets you take college courses, in your spare time for free. It seemed like a cool idea, so signed up for the site a long time ago. I never signed up for an actual course though, thinking I would be wasting a spot for someone, if I did not have the time, etc. Digging deeper today, I learned that the registration is unlimited, you dont have to do the homework assignments/quizzes unless you want a certificate, and you can re-register for a course, if you are not able to complete it during the course duration. I am signing up for a bunch of tech courses, but they have courses in all different fields. They even have a course around Child Nutrition. It doesnt make sense not to sign up for a course, in my opinion. Take a look, if you have some time. I was shocked how simple and flexible it was, hence this crazy post. https://coursera.org
