I totally admit to the fact that the Administrative end of setting up a business is tedious to me. However, I am a detail freak. I take pride in setting things up right the 1st time. Maybe a past influence from my Mom: Do it right the first time so you dont have to do it again. I dont know whether thats completely a limiting belief or not (Tony Robbins reference), but it has served me well over the years. It looks as if I want to set up my Accounting s/w to follow and comply with IRS taxes and deductions, Quickbooks or Quicken is the ONLY way to go into it properly. I have had a GoDaddy Accounting account since I started with eBay last year, and that has served me well with eBay...but not so much when it comes to taxes and deductions regarding a Small (Home) Business. I created a Wave account and connected my accounts appropriately, and while I do see the benefits from using Wave, from experience its not as sufficient and efficient as Quickbooks or Quicken when it comes to taxes and deductions and categorizing for each. I did find Mint very useful, which will tie into Quicken and Quickbooks, but not with other financial accounting software. Google+ remains a great social media platform to use to professionally network, and I just attended a Google+ Hangouts today on How to use Linkedin effectively and efficiently, showing how the two can be combined to maximize eachother. It was definitely an hour worth of education well spent. youtu.be/2HbW55Nm2b4?list=PLDYDMh-1yU345CLSkBxzwzinDYXdh5dSs
