I tried this program on Saturday and its awesome!!! I am a HUGE Tony Horton fan, and I think this program finally gets it right for EVERYONE. P90X and P90X2 are for hardcore people - 1 hour workouts every day, with tons of push ups and pull ups! P90X3 (my current workout) is only 30 minutes but its still challenging for a lot of people. But THIS - P90 - is truly for everyone. The workouts start at 25 minutes and never beyond 35. There is a modifier in every workout. For anyone who ever wished they could do P90X but thought they couldnt do it, this is for you!!! What I love about the P90 series is that I get a little of everything - strength building, weights, cardio, yoga/stretching. AND I love the hokey sense of humor of Mr. Tony Horton. I cant imagine ever going to the gym and getting this variety unless a) you pay a ton of money for a personal trainer or b) you ARE a personal trainer. Plus Id rather workout in my own home where no one can see me. If you think this might be something youd like to try, please shoot me a message! I know you can do it and Im here to help you!
