I truly believe that one of the big answers for life is that kindness is a way to achieve true, everlasting happiness. The consequences of living an unsustainable life dominated by consumerism, with the illusion of being separated from nature, and from others, create a system that do not make us happy or healthy, on the other hand creating an unbalanced system that ensalve and drain the lives of human beings, animals and nature. The change happens with small and big acts of sustainability and love in our own lives, and with respect for ourselves and all life. True happiness is in accordance with our mission of service and giving.
