I truly hope everyone has a safe, love filled, Christmas...for those of you who are struggling....take heart. For those who are feeling stressed and hurt and scared....the old story about the man with no shoes does sometime carry one through. We dont live in Syria... Go for a walk, reach out to someone, and take a deep breath.....treat yourself to a whole big chunk of chocolate. and please, have a moment to love yourself and others. it tis the season!
