I try to limit my emotional posts, but I need to say this one. These past 2 weeks have been very strange, and I have been feeling empty. I am missing my father terribly...but I want to take a moment and whole heartedly thank every single person who prayed, sent good thoughts, reached out, whatever you did to support myself and my family during this difficult time, It has been overwhelming and amazing the love we have received. I like to think that I am good with words...but I havent been able to find them...I dont know what to say when people ask me how I am doing. I love, and will always love my Dad more than the stars...but I am missing the piece of my heart that made me and I cant wrap my head around it. I wrote a poem and read it at the funeral, and it ended with, I stand here not to say goodbye, but rather, until we meet again. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart everyone...thats all I have...goodnight.
