I understand many in the community have had a negative police encounter experience. Even I am actively fighting some police insiders in a courtroom for their discriminatory, retaliatory and wrongful actions directed at me personally; so I get it. At the same time it is impossible for me to lose sight of my experience with many that I worked with at the local, state and federal level who were professionals and did the job with respect of others daily. With that said, I will continue to hammer away at those insiders who do the job poorly and need to resign because they committed criminal acts in uniform and disgraced the police institution. These particular individuals lack ethics and character and I know termination is rare but they need to be fired.
